A multinational general insurance organisation partnered with Grayce to access flexible resource to support their digital workplace technology upgrade programme.
The client needed to upgrade and update all of their digital workplace technology globally, including video calling software, infrastructure, and laptop devices. The project would affect thousands of employees across the business and had a non-negotiable deadline attached. The client recognised that to meet this deadline, they needed flexible, high-quality change resource at a sustainable cost to deliver the rollout.Â

Grayce deployed a cohort of multi-disciplinary Analysts, across Project Management, Business Analysis and Data Analysis, each with dedicated Delivery Manager support from Grayce. At its peak, 15 Analysts were deployed to the programme to ensure successful project delivery.Â
By utilising a mixture of junior and more experienced resources from Grayce, the client’s permanent team were able to focus on specialist areas of delivery, whilst senior Grayce Analysts took responsibility for mentoring, coaching, and training junior Analysts.Â
By supplementing their internal teams with Grayce resources, the client was able to successfully upgrade over 5000 laptops and kit, alongside infrastructure upgrades, and security with no impact to business-as-usual (BAU) service. Alongside the rollout of the new technology, the client’s teams were offered training and support, and the project was successfully delivered in line with the deadline set.Â
