Paul is our Chief Financial Officer who is responsible for all things ‘finance’ including the operational and financial strategy of the business. Paul is also responsible for our Commercial, IT and HR functions at Grayce. Paul has a wealth of experience across recruitment and consultancy sectors having spent the last 15 years operating in various board roles, providing financial leadership for organic and acquisition-led growth. Paul previously led a Management Buy-out (MBO) through private equity funding from Capita PLC in 2017.

Adrian is our Chief Revenue Officer and a member of the board. Adrian has a background in growth stage enterprise technology and services businesses. Prior to joining Grayce, Adrian has held several senior executive roles including chief commercial officer at Investis Digital, a market leader in Digital Communications, executive vice president of worldwide sales and marketing for CAS, a global leader in CRM for Consumer Industries, and he also spent 3 years with Accenture as a partner in their technology business. Adrian is passionate about growing companies, disruptive technologies, and using transformation and digital solutions to improve business performance.

Miranda joined Grayce in 2015 as a Delivery Manager. Since then she has gone on to become a Client Partner, then Head of Region and later Regional Director for the South of England. Today, her role is to ensure the strategic development of our Service Delivery team, ensuring we maintain the level of service Grayce is known for. Miranda is also responsible for our delivery and mentoring model, the framework that ensures high-quality performance for all Analysts on-site. Miranda has senior experience working in HR roles across financial services and education industries.

Melissa is responsible for our US growth and operations as we expand and bring the Grayce solution to new markets. Melissa has worked with Grayce in a number of capacities, including Transformation Director and Chief Customer Officer, supporting clients and has experience delivering multi-million pound change programmes for a global pharmaceutical company.

Peter founded Grayce in 2012 and was CEO until 2020. He is a successful entrepreneur and active investor in high potential organisations. Previously Peter trained as a Chartered Accountant at Coopers and Lybrand before joining Andersen Consulting as a management consultant. He formed management consultancy Xayce with colleagues in 1997.

Paul is Chairman of Literacy Capital, which he co-founded in 2017 having raise £54 million of capital from investors. He was a founder of Capita and CEO until his retirement in 2014. Since then, he has been a Chairman and investor in a number of businesses.
