Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you have a hands-on role, supervising projects from initiation through to implementation. Project managers are accountable for delivering outcomes, this comes with elevated levels of responsibility. Communication skills are essential as you will be the driving force for delivery requiring excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.

No two projects are the same so you could be involved in regulatory change, process improvement, IT transformation and even strategy.

What you need:
Educated to degree level 2:1 or higher
A-levels or equivalent to more than 320 UCAS points (pre 2017) or 128 UCAS points (post 2017)
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated
Interest in business change
