Scrum Master

Grayce Scrum Masters play a key role in client organisations. Our Scrum Masters help inspire project teams to develop and customer first digital products and services. Working with the wider business, Grayce Scrum Masters are adept communicators, engaging with stakeholders through out the agile lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates daily stand-ups and sprint planning
  • Collaborates with scrum team and other stakeholders to communicate delivery plan
  • Works with Product Owner to agree focus and priorities
  • Manages risks and issues and keeps project on track
  • Acts as mediator to remove roadblocks

Programme Management Office (PMO)

When working in the PMO, Grayce Analysts closely support Project Managers to ensure project delivery is on time and managed within budget. Tenacious and highly organised, our Analysts provide programme assurance by building, defining and upholding the standards needed for effective project management. By coordinating activities, resources and information, they are able to offer project oversight and ensure that delivery remains consistent with your organisation’s wider change strategy.
