Chairman of the Board
Chris is Chairman of the Board at Grayce supporting our business development strategy and ambitious growth plans. Chris has an impressive track record in helping businesses grow. As Non-Executive Director of Literacy Capital, Chris makes sure that Grayce is growing in a sustainable way that meets shareholder expectations.
Geoff is our CEO, supporting graduates and giving them more choices, whilst driving strategic growth with clients. Geoff has extensive experience leading resourcing organisations, Capita and ManPower. Geoff delivers excellence, leading the team here at Grayce.
COO and CFO
Tony is COO and CFO, managing the operations of Grayce, in particular our team of talented Delivery Managers and Head of People, to make sure that our Analysts are being stretched and supported through the Development Programme. An experienced finance and operations professional, Tony has led significant change programmes for Capita and the Co-operative Bank
Sales and Marketing Director
As Sales and Marketing Director, Giles is focused on helping clients understand the value in Grayce's proposition. Grayce growth is his passion and has extensive experience working in high profile commercial roles at Capita and SAP. Giles is a trustee at West Horsley Place, a charity based in Surrey.
Miranda Di Rosa
Regional Director for the South
Miranda's role as Regional Director means that she heads up the entire South region, ensuring our service levels are maintained and our people are deployed across our Southern client base. Miranda has experience working in HR roles across financial services and education industries. Miranda makes sure that service, people and growth align.
Regional Manager for the North
Melissa is Regional Manager for the North, working in a similar role to Miranda and ensuring that our Northern clients are receiving the best possible service whilst maintaining full deployment of our Northern Analysts. Melissa is a Grayce Alumnus, who spent three years in the Development Programme delivering multi-million pound change programmes for a global pharmaceutical company.
Lee is Digital Director at Grayce and manages propositions a number of strategic client partnerships. Lee's background is in delivering complex change and transformation as part of Big Four Consultancies, and at the Co-operative Bank. Lee makes sure that we help clients deliver their improvement plans and get true value from the Grayce model.
Dan's background in change consultancy, built up over the past decade at EA Change Group, means he is well equipped to support our clients in the South as they look to build their talent pipelines. As Client Partner in the South, Dan helps business shape their talent plans and helps to deliver the Grayce solution.
Head of People
Gemma was our first ever Delivery Manager in 2014 and has since taken on full responsibility for the curation of the Development Programme and the HR function as Head of People. Committed to people development, Gemma champions our values and community through her work. Her previous experience includes working as a Business Analyst and Business Change Manager at GE Capital and AJ Bell.
