5 Reasons how Being Part of Grayce Helps Your Career

Grayce Alumni Ian Nelson graduated the Development Programme in July this year, successfully gaining a Project Manager role at TSB. We caught up with Ian to find out his top 5 reasons how Grayce has helped his career.

1. Professional Qualifications

I managed to gain a Project Manager role at TSB. Interviewers were impressed with the professional qualifications I gained on the Grayce Development Programme, along with the extensive experience gained through delivering key projects. This set me apart from other Project Managers who applied.

2. Multiple Clients

I now have the ability to demonstrate a range of project experience at three internationally recognised clients. This has given me a great baseline knowledge of change management processes. This understanding is within different organisations, where culture, drivers for change and projects, differed over three years.

3. Proven Delivery

My time with Grayce has armed me with a whole portfolio of successful project deliveries in a variety of sectors/project types. The blend of qualifications, structured learning and client experience at Grayce is a huge boost to my career and CV.

4. Transition

Grayce was instrumental in helping me successfully understand the role I wanted on leaving the programme. Grayce supported the transition into my first permanent change management role at a client I had previously been on assignment with. The structure of the Development Programme and assignment opportunities with Grayce made it much easier to pursue the role I really wanted with the client.

5. Friends and a Wide Network

Grayce has helped me build a large network of friends and colleagues. Grayce Analysts are on assignments at lots of clients and with graduates joining consultancies and FTSE 100 companies, this provides an invaluable network in the change management community.
